Who we are

Kognivya Technologies ("Kognivya", "we") runs this website and its two units, Kognivya Technologies and Kognivya Academy. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Form data: name, email, phone, company, role and your message when you request a demo, join a waitlist, enquire about or enrol in a course, subscribe, or contact us.
• Analytics (only with consent): privacy-friendly, cookie-free page statistics from Plausible Analytics. No advertising trackers.
• Server logs: IP address and browser details kept by our hosting provider for security, for up to 30 days.

Why we use it

To reply to you, run courses and product trials, send the emails you asked for, and keep the site secure. We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox on each form. We never sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and our services (hosting, email, form handling, payments), under contracts that limit their use of your data. Vendor exam bodies only when you ask us to help register you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months. Enrolment and certificate records: as long as needed to verify certificates and meet legal obligations. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email info@kognivya.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
