Do I need a technical background to join?
Not for foundation courses. College to Corporate and Switch to Tech learners start with beginner courses, and career changers can take IT Foundations first. Each course page lists its prerequisites.
Are classes live or recorded?
Most courses are taught live online by an instructor, with recordings available for revision.
Is the certification exam fee included?
No. Exam fees for Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, UiPath and other vendors are paid directly to the vendor. We help you prepare and book the exam.
Do you guarantee a job?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. We provide interview preparation, resume and LinkedIn reviews, portfolio projects and introductions to hiring companies where we have them. See Placement and career support for details.
What if I miss a class?
Every live session is recorded. You can also join the same session in a later batch at no extra cost, subject to seat availability.
Can I pay in instalments?
For longer courses, yes. Ask your counsellor about instalment options and current scholarships before you enrol.
What is your cancellation policy?
Fees are paid before the course starts. You can cancel up to one week before the start date. Exact terms are shared with your enrolment confirmation.
Do I need my own cloud subscription?
For some courses, such as AZ-104, yes: the cloud subscription is not included in the fee. We show you how to use free tiers and keep costs low. The course page says when a subscription is required.
